Consent is a record, not a PDF in your email
Each signed form is stored against the appointment with its version, the time it was signed and the text the patient actually saw. If you change the form, old signatures keep pointing at the old wording.
Health data handled as health data
Consent, treatment notes and photos are special-category data under UK GDPR. Retention, access requests and deletion are part of the record rather than something you assemble by hand if you are ever asked.
Your payment account, your money
Deposits go to your own Stripe account. CareNova issues the link and records that it was paid; it never holds patient money.
Nothing advertised that cannot be advertised
The system will not put the name, brand or price of a prescription-only medicine into a public-facing message — because under CAP rule 12.12 you cannot advertise one to the public at all.

Why not £19?
There are diary apps at £19 a month, and if a diary is all you need, use one. This is a clinical record: the consent a patient signed, in the version they signed, attached to the appointment it belongs to, with the deposit and the messages beside it. That is the part that matters when somebody asks you to produce it two years later.
Message costs are passed through at cost — no margin on your reminders. No commission on what your patients pay you, on any plan. Cancel any time; your records leave with you.
